Wonderful location, it is away from the super touristy stretch of London while still being tourist friendly. Proximity to a major tube station made navigating to and from quite easy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little small and the mattress is average.
Although rooms are small but adequate for a short stay. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good value for money. Great location.
My husband and I stayed here September 26, 2025 for two nights. We arrived right from Paddington Station and walked easily. The location could not be better. We took public transit from Heathrow direct to Paddington and then walked to the hotel which saved a tremendous taxi fare. The hotel itself was clean. No fancy bells and whistles but the front staff were friendly and helpful. The room was unique. Our bathroom was down some steps into a half level which gave it a little extra charm. The beds were comfy enough. The hotel also provides a decent breakfast Overall, I would stay here again. The accommodations were basic but honestly, if you're looking for a clean, unique place to sleep, I would recommend The Queensway.

The room was clean and it had tea and coffee making facilities. My only complaint was that we only had a very small bin in bathroom. They do offer a reasonable breakfast and free wifi
Honestly it was great. Yes it's small, but you're in central London so that's to be expected. The staff were lovely, the area felt quite safe, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants, bus stops, the tube line and the train station. Hyde Park is just down the road. The beds were comfortable and breakfast does the job. My only complaint is the lack of AC, but again, should be expected in London. They did provide a fan so it was fine. I'd definitely book again.
Stayed here for 2 nights with my sisters. It was excellent value for money. Location fab & the manager was super friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely hotel, close to Hyde Park. Great 2 for 1 deal so not expensive. Room was very small and bathroom even smaller, but comfortable enough for the cost
